His exposure includes dealing with C&AG and Statutory Auditors including Big Four Audit Firms and Listing Companies in London Stock Exchange, IFRS Accounting etc.

While in Service, on deputation to Ministry Of Industries, Department of Coal, Gov. of India, the Coal prices were recommended by him in parity with the leading Coal Producing Countries of the world and the recommendation were in to accepted by GOI. Several Mergers and De-Mergers were handled by him working with Big Four Audit Firms. He is an expert in Sourcing Forex Funds from overseas and presently holds a position as Consultant for a reputed USA based firm.
