Mr. Mirza is born and brought up in Kolkata where he graduated in B.Com (Hons) from University of Calcutta and also passed his L.L.B. He passed his CA from ICAI, and from ICAEW (UK) and also passed CIMA (UK). He passed his ICSI (Final) and Management from AIMA, New Delhi. He is ex-member of British Institute of Management, London (UK).

He is a skilled, competent and result driven professional having International exposure with Over 25 years’ experience in financial management of large and complex organisations. He is a team player with track record of establishing ‘Operational Excellence’ that facilitates the delivery of the organisation’s strategic vision.
