In her last role, she has handled the Finance Controller position in HP (erstwhile Hewlett Packard Company) in it’s ITES division and has managed over all compliance requirements w.r.t. various statutory filings, co-ordinated for statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits (DT & IDT), supported on various tax assessments, managed monthly/quarterly reporting requirements, STPI/SEZ/RBI compliances etc.,

She started her professional career in one of the mid-sized CA Firms in Bangalore as Assistant Audit Manager and handled various statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, pre-audits, investigation audit in Government Organizations, Public sectors, Private sectors as well as Educational institutions.

She has in-depth knowledge of ITES industry and it’s operations in SEZ, STPI and EOU set ups.
