CA Rahul Drolia is an Associate Chartered Accountant, with in depth knowledge of Company Law, Income Tax, GST, FEMA, Stamp Duty, SEBI. He has  experience in Tax-efficient and regulatory compliant structuring of many domestic as well as cross-border transactions both in the M&A as well as Private Equity space.

Currently, he is handling statutory audit of manufacturing and other companies both listed as well as non-listed. Having advised some of the marquee names of Real Estate sector in Mumbai and Bangalore, his domain expertise lies into Real Estate sector. At PwC, he was part of the team responsible for SEBI compliant structuring of the Embassy Office Park REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust).

He has also handled a lot of assignments relating to Corporate restructuring like Mergers, Demergers, Capital Reduction, Slump Sale etc right from the conception to the execution stage in the High Court/NCLT

He has worked with BDO Consulting (Corporate Finance) and Price Waterhouse Coopers (M&A – Tax) in the past.
