CA Pawan Kumar Dhawan is a Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 1990 and an Associate Member of Institute of Cost Accountants of India since 1988, Nominated as Independent Director of Hindustan Copper Limited, a Mini Ratna, Category I Public sector undertaking, under the administrative control of Ministry of Mines, Government of India.

Served Lucknow Chapter of Cost Accountants in the Management Committee from 1988 to 1995 holding different positions like Vice Chairman, Secretary, Director of Coaching and Treasurer Etc.

Founder Member of “Lucknow Chartered Accountant’s Society and served as Treasurer, Secretary, Vice President and lastly President of LCAS in the year 2005, Served Lucknow Branch of CIRC of ICAI as Secretary, Vice Chairman and lastly as Chairman in the year 2009-10., Founder Member of Lucknow CA Tax Bar Association.

Has the experience of practically all nationalized banks in the capacity of Statutory Auditor, Concurrent Auditor, IS Auditor, Stock Verification, Risk based Internal Audits etc. Also, have experience as Statutory Central Auditor for Regional Rural Banks and District Cooperative Banks, he has good exposure of Corporate Financing, Project Financing, Evaluation & Appraisal, Debt syndication and Restructuring, Fund Raising through QIP and FDI.
