When a group of people  speak the same language, their attitude and opinion are on the same wave length.  If two people were to communicate, they have to be sure that they are  speaking the same language.  However, one could be talking in English and the other could be replying in Hindi,  and still they could be speaking the same language.

When   sales,  marketing,  production and finance teams speak the same language in an organization,  chances of success are better.  When two people share similar interests they speak the same language.

One should learn to converse or talk in as many languages as possible.  That builds a very positive rapport across a wide spectrum of people .   It brings people closer.

However to speak the same language means to share similar “BELIEF SYSTEMS” and “WAYS OF EXPRESSION” allowing for fluid and clear communication.  There should be a bond,  agreement ,  harmony,  togetherness when you speak in the same language.

When all members in a team speak the same language ,they have a deep understanding of what is expected.  It helps to exchange ideas and avoids conflicts.  The focus like what Arjuna had, will be only on the target.

In a professional firm for instance, proposals , documentation, reports must be in the same language. This would help the firm to attain an universal identity and accelerate overall growth.

Speaking the same language and talking different languages are two different sets of things one should not be confused with the other.   English is indeed a very funny language and apt usuage of words is a must to convey the right message.
